Weekend Football Accumulator 20/04/2012

Football Accumulator

Three home wins and a dead cert banker!

So far we are 0 from 2 with two very near misses but of course you don't get anything for that so our bankroll is -£20 on football accumulators so far.

This weekend's accumulator:

Aston Villa, Blackburn and Bolton all to win 9/1 at Skybet.com

A £10 bet returns £100.

Aston Villa V Sunderland.

The Villains have been in poor form recently and they have not been helped by a lengthy injury list. Last time out they were given the run around by Man Utd. It's going to be tough for them against an in form Sunderland side but home advantage is on their side.

Blackburn V Norwich.

As you all know I desperately want Blackburn to stay up so I can stick it to Tony Fernandes. Not that he'll be taking any notice of course.

If Blackburn are going to get the points they need to stay up then this is a must win game.

Bolton V Swansea.

Another home banker or another poor choice? Bolton are another team desperate to beat the drop and home advantage could see them pick up a crucial three points against Swansea.

So just three matches in our accumulator this week as we look to narrow down and get our first accumulator winner.

Nailed on Cert:

Wolves V Man City.

My man in the know – i.e. my brother in law Wayne reckons that he has developed a winning football betting system and so I agreed to try it out. Well what else could I do?

I think he has got this wrong as he is defying the laws of bankroll management to try and make a quick buck. Nothing wrong with that but it overlooks the fact that at some point in time you have to stop betting or else you will come a cropper.

so let's see how he does over the next four games.

Wayne's Bankroll is £2,000 and he wants to put half of it on Man City to win. Half of it! Well you just may as well lump it all on if you want to bet that much of your bankroll!

The best odds I could find for this were 2/7 at William Hill where a £1,000 bet will return £1,285.71.

Good luck Wayne!
